I really wanted to like this setup, however I just cannot. No, not due to the quality of the equipment but the poor packaging that amazon sent this in!!!

The kit is what is expected at this price point. The metal used in the stands is very thin however the one light stand that was not broken was stable when the light head on it with the legs extended. With a 10lb sandbag would improve the stability even more. Amazingly none of the lights were damaged. Each of the light heads did work and put out adequate light for a small home studio. There are two switches on the back of each light head, which control two bulbs each.

Sadly, the kit is being sent back. Out of the 3 light stands, 2 are damaged to an unusable point. One of the two backdrop stands is also damaged to a spectacular point. The bag is also damaged, but I think I could live with that as when I get a kit finally it will not be traveling, so the bag is pretty much excess.
