First I bought a Vonnic C601S (same as this except 22X and 480 TV lines), but it went defective within a few days and I had to return it. I went to buy another C601S, but the price went up $30, so I spent a little more and went for this model. I have to say that I should have stayed with the C601S, because: it had a good display day and night (this one has 2 bright spots/dots in the middle at night), its automatic focus worked better, its vision at night was a little better and in my setup the difference between 22X and 36X isn't that useful to me. Bottom line is, I'm happy with my purchase, but for what I can see, I think for my money the C601S is a better purchase.
