It's a great concept but in daily use it is very annoying. First, the dial pad is often useless. It just stops working, usually in the middle of navigating an automated system when entering an acct. number, extension, whatever, the pad goes dead. Second, the volume levels are all but uncontrollable. The dial tone and dialing will blast you out of your chair, but the conversation volume is very low. Third, the device just locks up. Dead. Nothing. None of this is in the troubleshooting tips. Frankly, I don't use the bloody thing anymore.
