So i purchased this sub with the sole purpose of installing it on a Home Theater Subwoofer enclosure. I am currently only using a 100w plate amp until i get the 200w one, but i must say WOW! This sub was able to reach 107dB on a 1.88 cu. ft enclosure. The subwoofer is not tuned yet. currently is tuned to 33hz, but when i increase the ports, i shall be able to go to 28hz with no problems. The construction of this speaker is just impecable. It looks hot, and the sound is solid. Best $89 i spent on a subwoofer. I would recomend it. JL subs have never failed me and i have used them for over 9 yrs.
i was debating between this and the Infinity 1250w, and i am not sorry about my purchase.
