This is my second time buying a 16 gb Zen mozaic with built-in speaker. My first experience was fantastic. It lasted 4 years (way better than the ipod I had for 18 months before it broke). After 4 years the screen died out, not bad for being put the washing machine 3 times over its lifetime and being left in the snow. The size if perfect, not too big but still easily visible. I am yet to find a drawback to this product. I highly recommend to anyone who wants an mp3 player especially those consider buying ipods because these are better and less expensive.
