Product Description

The Module Lite 25 is a cleaner, sleeker, more streamlined version of the Module 25+ Pack. The simplified "Slick" Roll-Top is faster to open and close with fewer buckles. The dual blinker mounts and reflective tape remain for increased visibility. As with all Velo Transit backpacks, an RF-welded liner with velcro attachments for the accessory laptop pouch gives it the STORM-PROOF seal. The harness system has also been upgraded to be even more ergonomic with a seamless back panel and yoke. A 3D Mesh-lined back panel helps to dissipate sweat and along with a stiffer HDPE Frame sheet to maintain its shape and stability under load.

I'm a self-proclaimed backpack snob. Been working in the cycling and outdoor industry for a decade, I possess well over a dozen packs of all different kinds and for all different purposes. When I tried this one on, I was more than pleasantly surprised. First off, the construction is bomb-proof, with one easy access pocket for the lock, the jacket, the snacks and things you want to be able to reach at a stoplight, or just walking down the street (swing it around, unzip and reach in), and a super waterproof welded liner that's really bright so you can actually SEE all your stuff inside!!

And there's little details, like a removable waistbelt to suit your preference, horizontal blinkie light holders so they don't bounce off while riding on potholes like there's are tons of here in SEattle, and the easy to open/close, and overstuff roll top.

It doesn't hurt that it looks pretty sweet, too. No clipping or unclipping buckles to get into this waterproof safe haven.

I also have the laptop pouch, which velcros on or off and has padding in the bottom to help support my macbook. I only wish they made a smaller one, the case is sized to fit a variety of sizes, and ends up fitting my laptop and then also the adapter and an external drive due to its size.

But THE most important part is how it fits. Take a look at the photos, I've owned Arc'teryx packs, North Face packs, Dana Design and Ortlieb packs, and these are just as comfortable as any I've ever had on, and the FIT is amazing. The floating and flexing top yoke is supportive and also molds to my upper back, regardless of whether I'm hiking or riding my bike. It adapts to MY position.

The sternum strap keeps it in place, all of the fittings and materials are top notch...
