Good looking, and easy to install. Installed into wood joists/beams above a dry-wall ceiling. One issue: the rotating ball socket was jammed for an unknown reason, preventing the TV from rotating and tilting on the ball socket. Needed to remove TV. Pressed hard with a hand on the socket unit until it rotated properly just as shown in the vendor video of the bracket. That "solution" was required even with the ball socket's friction plate loosened. Once that was done, and with the friction plate adjusted for the weight of the TV, all is working well. Otherwise, a worthwhile buy for hanging our 26" LED TV.
